These Provider Terms are a separate agreement between you (a “Provider”) and Tiny Circle, in addition to our general Terms of Service. They apply whenever you register, list, or advertise a service on Tiny Circle — whether as a business or as an individual.
Anyone who submits a listing to Tiny Circle — a preschool, tutor, activity provider, health facility, or any other service — agrees to these Provider Terms. If there’s ever a conflict between these Provider Terms and our general Terms of Service on a provider-specific point, these Provider Terms apply.
You warrant that all information you submit is accurate, current and complete — your business or provider name, contact details, service category, address, description, pricing, and anything else on your listing. You must keep this information up to date, and correct it promptly if anything changes.
You represent and warrant that you hold all qualifications, licences, permits, work authorisations and insurance required by Vietnamese law to provide your services, and that all credentials you submit to us are genuine. Listing content is provided on a self-attestation basis — Tiny Circle does not independently verify professional qualifications or licences unless we say otherwise on your listing.
Before your listing goes live, you’ll be asked to confirm:
I confirm that the information submitted is accurate and that I am responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licenses, permits, and professional requirements related to my services.
Where your listing shows a “Verified” badge or similar, here’s exactly what that means:
Verification by Tiny Circle confirms only that certain information or documents have been submitted and reviewed. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, or warranty regarding the provider’s qualifications, safety, suitability, or performance.
We may describe on your listing the specific checks that were completed (for example, “business registration confirmed” or “ID confirmed via a licensed verification provider”). A “Verified” badge is never a guarantee of your quality, safety, character or suitability, and it doesn’t replace a parent’s own due diligence.
You keep ownership of the content you submit (photos, descriptions, pricing, etc.). By submitting it, you grant Tiny Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and promote that content on and in connection with the Platform, including in marketing.
Where your category is a paid listing, fees are set out on our pricing page and may be updated on notice to you. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT) unless we say otherwise. Reference-directory categories (like preschools and health facilities, at launch) are not charged a fee.
Tiny Circle does not guarantee your listing’s position in search results, category pages, or featured sections, and does not guarantee any minimum number of views, enquiries or bookings. Ranking may depend on factors like relevance, completeness of your listing, reviews, and location.
Tiny Circle may reject, edit, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion — including if we believe the information is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or breaches these Provider Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Where practical, we’ll tell you why.
Parents may leave reviews about your services. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and are not verified, endorsed, or checked for accuracy by Tiny Circle before publishing, though we will act on reports of reviews that appear fake or abusive (see our Community Guidelines). You may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, and you may not post or arrange fake reviews of your own listing or a competitor’s.
You must not: list unlawful, misleading or unsafe services; misrepresent your qualifications, pricing or availability; contact parents outside the Platform to circumvent fees where a fee applies; post fake reviews of yourself or others; or use the Platform in any way that could endanger or exploit any person, especially a child.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tiny Circle harmless from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Provider Terms; the services you provide; your listing content; or any dispute between you and a parent or user.
Your listing and the Platform are provided “as is.” Tiny Circle is not responsible for the performance or non-performance of your services, or for any dispute between you and a parent. To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Tiny Circle’s total liability to you is limited to the listing/subscription fees you’ve paid us in the 12 months before a claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your listing or provider account at any time if you breach these Provider Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law — with or without notice, depending on the severity of the issue. You may also close your provider account at any time by emailing hello@tinycircle.vn.
These Provider Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
We may update these Provider Terms from time to time, and will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Where a change materially affects your fees or obligations, we’ll tell you directly.
