Tiny Circle only works if families can trust what they read here. These are the ground rules for everyone — parents, providers, and anyone posting a review, comment, or discussion.
Only review a provider if you've genuinely used their service. Don't write a review for someone else, swap reviews with another provider, or offer/accept anything in exchange for a positive review. Providers may not review their own business or a competitor's.
No bullying, threats, hate speech, or targeting someone because of who they are. Disagree with a service or a review if you like — attack the argument, not the person.
Listings, reviews, and comments should reflect the truth as you understand it. Don't exaggerate qualifications, invent credentials, or post information you know to be false.
No unsolicited ads, referral spam, repeated posting of the same content, or using Tiny Circle to promote something unrelated to family services in Ho Chi Minh City.
Nothing that breaks Vietnamese law — this includes content that endangers or exploits a child, infringes someone's copyright, or is otherwise unlawful.
We may remove the content, and depending on how serious or repeated the issue is, warn, suspend, or permanently remove the account involved.
